We help individuals with IDD become active members of the community.
The Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities Waiver (IDDW) is a program that seeks to support individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities and help them achieve self-sufficiency and independence. Services under this program are administered and delivered in natural settings, such as private residences and communities, instead of healthcare facilities.
Our IDD Waiver services include:
In-Home Support
These are services to assist with activities of daily living and self-management tasks to individuals who reside in their private homes. In-home services include personal care, shopping, housing, meal preparation, and assistance with medication and transportation as an alternative to long-term care in a nursing facility.
Respite Care
We offer short-term or temporary care for individuals with IDD for a few hours or weeks to provide relief to primary caregivers.
Companionship
We provide basic housekeeping and care for individuals with IDD. Our caregivers will accompany clients to outdoor activities and social events. Our care experts will promote our clients’ health through medication management, diet supervision, and exercise planning.
Host Home
We provide intellectually or developmentally disabled adults with accommodation in private residences. We help them thrive and become active members of the community (e.g. getting a job)
Support Living Services
We provide personal care as part of the support individuals with IDD need to live in their homes. We enable them to live as independently as possible within their community with a focus on social inclusion.
